Secondary operational service

Specialist medicine logistics coordination.

Once a legitimate access pathway has been identified, Riverpharma helps professional teams structure the handovers, information and partner communication needed to move the work forward.

Our core service remains medicine access pathway support. Logistics coordination is offered as a supporting capability for defined professional requirements.

What we coordinate

Operational detail without blurred responsibility.

The work is designed to help separately appointed professional organisations reach a clearer, more accountable handover.

01

Partner and role mapping

Clarify the requesting organisation, authorised supplier, importer or consignee, appointed logistics provider and the decision each party retains.

02

Operational requirements brief

Bring together origin, destination, presentation, quantities, target timing and handling conditions supplied by the responsible organisations.

03

Documentation handover

Coordinate the document list, named contacts and handover sequence without replacing regulatory, customs, quality or carrier checks.

04

Milestone communication

Maintain a clear working timeline, surface missing information and escalate exceptions to the organisation responsible for the decision.

Working model

One shared route, with every decision owned by the right party.

We organise the work around named contacts, explicit dependencies and a visible escalation path.

  1. 01

    Define

Confirm the access context, parties, medicine identity, destination and required timeframe.

  2. 02

    Assign

Record which separately appointed organisation owns each regulated and operational responsibility.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

Keep requirements, documents, contacts and planned milestones aligned across the handover.

  4. 04

    Escalate

Route delays, exceptions and unresolved questions to the party qualified and authorised to decide.

Operating boundary

Coordination never replaces authorisation.

Riverpharma Ltd does not hold a WDA(H). It does not buy, sell, import, export, distribute, transport, store or physically handle medicinal products. It does not procure medicines, negotiate or conclude their sale or purchase, or act as a medicines broker.

Every appointed supplier, importer, carrier, warehouse and receiving organisation remains responsible for its own licences, GDP duties, quality decisions, route, packaging, customs or import requirements and execution.
